You can easily navigate groups via the sidebar on the left. When you initially click into them, you'll see the chat feed, and provided resources along the top.
Simply select any of the resources you need and you'll be taken to a shared Google Drive folder with lesson plans and teaching guides you can use for that specific area in your homeschool.
